dont know what to call it.
took a teal and pulled the breast of and put them in some bell peppers and cream cheese and wrapped them in bacon, put them in the oven on 400 for 15 minutes and bon a petite. |

Yak that is my favorite way to eat dem ducks! Poooyahhh! Next time wrap with some whole jalapenos with cream chease and pepper bacon!!! you can even wrap and coat'em with BBQ sauce...

we call them bambi bites when we eat them like that out of deer, idk what they would be call with duck maybe ducky bites....breasted some out this morning so we could do that
