I have a question, is wild hog fat any good to leave for sausage/flavoring in food? Or is it like deer fat where you better not leave any? We killed one last night and want to make sausage but didnt know whether some of that fat could be used to moisten the sausage

Use dawn to scrub the hog down before you cut it. Scrub it good.
After you clean it. Then start to cut the skin. Tastes amazing after |
