Default Deer Meat

Finally got with my buddy to process my deer meat.

Had (18) 2lb bags of ground, 4 packs of back strap and 2 roasts

Good bit for a 108lb deer not dressed out.

No sausage?

Man, mix a pound of ground beef with a pack of that ground deer. Cut up some bacon into some tiny pieces and mix all in the ground meat. Talk about best hamburgers you will ever have!
