Cheers The Catching Continues!!

Day 2 with Thad Carter, Neil Garon, and Roger Herick had us filling the K2 Cooler to the top. We love defying the odds, and once again did it today. Our second location had the trout coming in!! Several double hook ups and a quick quadruple hook up had us thinking we were going to load the boat. The the fish started short striking the baits and spitting the hooks. We picked away at the fish till the bite pretty much shut down. We didn't move far and the guys had their drags screaming as the reds were hungry!! The guys had a blast battling the reds one after another. The guys wanted to catch some puppy drum, so we made a move and dropped some shrimp under a cork only to find one puppy drum and more reds!!! With the K2 full to the top and storms brewing to the South we headed back to the lodge to clean fish. All of our trout fell victim to Matrix Shad in Green Hornet and Tiger. The reds loved the new Reel Dat Shrimp under a cork. Two great days with these guys and their going home with a icechest of fillets. Thanks again guys and I look forward to your return.

Big thanks to Capt's Travis Miller. Chris Venable, and Kevin Labat for running the other three boats with Jared Illanne's group. The guys had a great time also catching trout, reds, puppy drum, and bass
