Your jets are likely clogged. They'll idle all day but under a load, they choke out. Time to get some carbs cleaned

If you had the carbs dome, did u have the lines(fuel) done too? If not, it's like you never had em cleaned. I don't see power packs as the problem. It wouldn't want
to run at all if so.

By done, I mean, did u change them? They have a tendancy to break down as time wears on and they say that ethanol accelerates that process.

sounds like jets in carb, gas goes bad in 3 months, any longer it turns into a thick syrup like crap! for future reference, i'd run all the gas out the carb after every fishin trip and use stabil! walmart fuel lines suck most older hoses aren't alcohol resistant and the ethanol in gas will rapidly break the hose down and junk your carb up! this could be another problem.

Carbs are probably varnished, Oreilly has ChemDip. Get a gallon and soak the carbs for 2-3 hours, this will probably take care of your issues. I will never pay someone to clean carbs again, it is that easy.

Just drop the whole thing in or do you have to take it apart?
