Default Opening morning

Hunted down in Grand Chenier with DUCKGOGETTER, his dad, and SaltERedneck. First off, never seen so many ducks in all my life...thousands of ducks, everywhere....they all flew in the clouds though and bunched up together behind and in front of us and we just couldn't compete with the big groups. "Pool-do" were thick as well and when the ducks decided to not want to work we decided to commence to wacking the "pool-do". 5 ducks and 30 "pool-do".

The grey ducks just didn't want to work this morning seen thousands of birds, but like micha said when all else fails whatever we got to do to eat is what we got to do. Got an invite to go make a hunt in the burns in the morning then i'll try grand chenier monday.

We're hunting south of you guys in GC. Had to wait on em but managed to limit both Sat and Sun. Teal, Greys, smilies and a few mallards. Today was the better of days with widgeon, pins, grey and teal. Had to drink DGG's Bud lights! Had some real cold ones for you guys!

DGG has a nice spot but it was hard to keep up with two huge bunches on both the east and west of us.
