I use liquid glass, not a wax but a polish. Worked pretty good for several scuff marks on boat etc

3M Compound is good to get scratches out and I use Meguiars NXT wax to do a good cleaning and then when I just wash my motor I use the NXT quick wax in the pump bottle, these are good on boat too

I use the same fiberglass wax that I wax the boat with.
Makes it easier to wash the salt off. |

Doesn't some women use some kind of wax? Ask around, it does a pretty good job on it.

compound will leave swirls if you don't do it right but if you have oxidation its about the only thing that will get that out, Just use a polish first after washing it and polish out the scratches if all you have is scratches, then If you want to wax for a shine you can. but a lot of waxes don't really get deep in to the scratches to make them disappear.
