Default 2011 Haynie Z21

My buddy just got his new boat. It's a 2011 Haynie Z21 with a Mercury 225 Optimax ProXS. It drafts in 9 inches of water & runs 65 mph. He got this thing loaded to the gills!

Lowrance HDS-8 GPS/Chartplotter
Minn Kota Riptide 80 lb trolling motor
Minn Kota 4-Bank Onboard Charger
Fusion Stereo System
8' Power Pro w/ Remotes
Lenco Trim Tabs
10" Bobs Hydraulic Jack Plate

Here are a few pics:

I think they've had 250XS on them before, any more HP than that would get squirrelly. The 24 foot model does best with 300 Merc, they claim 70 fishing loaded.

There was supposed to be a lowside/short console version of this model for tournament speeds, haven't seen any.

What kind and size prop? How high is the motor on the jack-plate at WOT? What is the water pressure at wot? I know that's a lot of questions but I'm working on some things with my Haynie and was wondering what others are seeing.
