Default mcdonalds tourney

anybody fish?
i got 2 checks. 4.83 got 8th one hour and 6.84 got 3rd another hour. it took almost a 5lber to even get 12th place most of the hours. it was insane the big fish being weighed in. 11.03 won the whole thing. i heard the guy didnt even know how to get to cypress bend after he caught it. carolina rig in12 ft of water is what he said he was using.

Not bad. I got where I hate even being at the lake that weekend. Almost talked myself into it this year though.

LOL

yea it was a lot of boats. we saw these two boats on sunday following each other. you could tell they were from out of town and didnt know lake. they were driving around and when they saw some boats together fishing they would both drive up in the middle of everyone and start fishing. ridiculous.

I did really well last year that weekend... but the temps were alot hotter and fish were almost in their summer patterns. Those colder temps have them pushed back in staging, so alot more people are fishing the shallows. Wont be long before the crowds will start to thin out and the googans will reside to fishing coves while i am out in deeper water.

Nice! Went to Lake Fork instead of toledo for this reason. Get there, and they're having about the equivalent of a McDonalds tourney also lol.
