BL 6/27 - 26 1/2" Speck

Headed out at 6am and went to the southeast end of the lake and caught a few nice fish. My brother-in-law Damon caught his personal best today 26 1/2" 6 lb speck, so thats always a good trip. Good job Damon on the big trout! Had fun today. Didn't catch a lot, but they were all nice. The tide stopped at about 9 am then the bite shutdown! Fished for another two hours with no bites so decided to call it a day cause it was way to HOT! All fish caught on topwater.

Tide chart said high tide at 5:30 am it started to slow way down at 9 am on us. Guess I was alittle to far from the channel maybe.

nice report and great catch,Chris tell Damon that it is a real nice trout, btw i got the pic. you sent me today ..... waiting for you to put the pics. up so i can get a better look at them, gonna try to hook up with you this saturday like we talked about, fish a lil while and drink a few at cocahoes , you been catching some nice ones latly.
