The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Chicken Spaghetti

Claydeaux's Chicken Spaghetti

1 chicken deboned

10-shallots
1- white onion
1-red bell pepper
1-cup celery chopped
Fresh garlic

caramelize onions then add other veg's cook down for 30 mins

Reduce heat and add
1-can rotel tomatoes to above mixture
1/2 cup mushrooms
1-small (4oz can) black olives
1- can Cream of Onion soup
Add all the cheese to above mixture
Cream cheese ( cubed up)
16 oz velveeta cheese ( chopped into cubes)
Season to taste

Boil spaghetti noodles...1/2 of a big package...break them into 1/3's before boiling.

Drain noodles and add to above veg/cheese mixture. Mix

Now add 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock. THIS MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.. MIX

Pour mixture into greased 11x15 pan

Top with grated Cheddar Cheese

Bake @ 350 for 30 mins.

Serve with French bread and Caesar salad.

That looks really good. I love chicken spaghetti. I will be trying the cheese cover and baking. That looks great.

I'm doing this one this weekend. Wth crusty French bread lotsa cheese. Numb this up. It'll be for a side of andouille and chickin gumio side dish!!! Might incorporate all of it yea?? Mo bread mo good!!!
