Grand isle is the only place that has ANYTHING other than fishing / crabbing. Library , butterfly dome, snowball stand , video rental , beach , etc.

Grand isle for sure if you're going with the family. Way more stuff to do. Make sure you don't schedule to go during the tarpon rodeo. It is not family friendly
