Texas has three divisions - Upper, Middle, and Lower. I just saw some stats and, on average, it takes 9-9.5lbs to win a division.

Caught a 8.6 lb last weekend in VBay, stuck it in some water in my Yeti to keep it live and 'weight' it for this upcoming weekend. Just checked and water and fish are frozen

Caught a 4 pounder last may and threw her in my salt water pool. Been feeding it creatine injected mullet. Not going to get into what she weighs but she's up eating 3, 2lb mullet right now.
