Recording your fishing trips?

What infomation do you put in your notes to help you compare fishing trips from the past present and future trips.

Do you jot down the notes before during or after a fishing trip?

What info is a must have in your notes?

How does this help you decide on when are where to fish?

Moon,Weather,high/low pressure, wind, water, tide, depth, water temp, retrieves, lures etc.
