Mermentau s/p? Bridge
We tried from Johnson bayou to the Mermentau bridge managed 4 specks and 1 red we could keep in the boat... What in the heck are we doing wrong???? I can catch what we did today off of the Boston canal! Want help is greatly appreciated!!!! |

As far as what baits to use..... it depends on the above conditions. If the conditions are fairly good...... I like opening night color soft plastic or maybe pearl and char. If the water is a little dirty...go to darker colors. At daylight...... trout will usually hit topwater baits until the sun starts coming out. |

Getting ready to give it a go again.
We had fresh shrimp and any color plastic they make . Just one of those days I suppose... I'll let you'll know what happens later |

So for we are in 2nd place in the Croaker div. Hope it holds up! LOL V-bay was a rough and wet one today! |
