Well, got invited out to my buddies' again. They killed 8 outta the blind yesterday after we only killed the two teal Saturday. Thought it was going to be a good day with overcast skies and a good wind, similar to yesterday. Just like Saturday, 3 teal came in and lit 5 yards from the blind about 5 minutes to shooting light. Should have taken them but we didn't. Had a pair of mallards circle several times but never in shooting range. Finally, they came in after we made some adjustments and I knocked em both down with a couple shots added by my buddies. First and second mallards ever. Greenhead is getting mounted. Definitely appreciative towards my buddy for the invites to hunt. Great getting to sit in a blind again and hunt ducks.
