Caught a few in 09 when I was fishing full time. They're pretty neat. I had one that was sky blue. Very bright!

I used to see them alot in northern Louisiana by gravel ditches. Look great in fish tanks as they get bright

Lot of blue crawfish in the California Delta; one reason Dee Thomas became a bass fishing legend flipping black & blue jigs. By the way, just read on a left coast bass fishing web site where Dee has been in a hospital for the past several day with pneumonia but back home resting as of today.
