I don't' see what the big deal is. I understood what he meant about the Mississippi river and being on the lee side of the river depending on wind direction. That's what everyone that fishes down the river does when the wind is bad.

It's the fact that he called the river a land mass..... That's just embarrassing to have such comments made.

OK.. Think I've got it on the east/west wind business.
Now.. looks like the prediction for Thurs through Saturday calls for some northerly winds. N and NE to ENE.

Will this be a concern when fishing the mouth of SW Pass?
Winds to 15.
