Lake is getting lower every day. In todays Lake Charles American Press they had an article that stated that both North and South Toledo Bend State Park launches are closed.

Not good.

Need a tropical storm to fill up or at least bring it up some.

This site has boat launch and other info.

mayun this is nuts. my parents pulled their trailer out for the summer. no reason to keep it there. you can do some serious dock/launch repairs/insertions now that the water is this low.

went this past weekend and man was it low. Launched at public ramp on texas side of dam and had to troll my boat a ways before the motor could be put down. Went look at South Toledo bend state park and the ramps are not even in the water!

cypress bend is open off trailer and on the tilt where they load and use motor to push boat up piles rock and sand up so use trim and extreme caution when running

Made a trip to cut grass at house yesterdar and it sure was slick on the water, I bet you could see some shallow spots as far as humps right now.
