Default South Crowley stiffed bells and Asian wings

My mom sent some deer, pork, rice and cheese stuffed bells home along with some corn salad made with white corn, a little mayo, pablano and a touch f crawfish boil - corn salad at was cooled and served. She also sent some garlic bread covered in kalamata olive, cheese and mushroom.

Wings were marinated in Vietnamese chili sauce, steens syrup, rice vinegar, evoo, kaffir lime leaves chopped, chicken billion, minced shallots.

Whisk dat

Marinate dat for an hour, flip and mix half way through.

Indirect on the weber for the wings, direct on the smokey for the peppers.

Once they cook for 30-40 minutes, I took the peppers off and pumped the heat to the smokey. Glazed the wings with some leftover marinade and carmelized them on the smokey.

Garnish dat with ground, roasted peanuts and minced cilantro.

Cant miss it. Red T-Top Yamaha 150.
Stop by next time you see it. I bring it to the house the day before a trip to get things loaded. We usually have an extra spot on the boat.
