Default Jetties: Bull Reds and Gafftop city

Managed a couple of bull reds too, but this was the money shot.

Both Monday and today. Soaking crab produced bull reds and a few gafftops. Most gafftops caught on cut mullet. About 20 each day.

I find they taste better than fresh water cats. I mixed some in with fried trout and couldn't pick them out of the bunch.

Excellent table fare. I put them in a shrimp basket and pressure wash the goo off! Filet em like anything else and bake/broil with lemon and old bay.

Just go ahead and keep all you catch. I find they are just as good if not better than pond catfish. However, you dont get a ton of meat off of them.

Just take the average pounds of your trout limit and multiply by 2 to get your answer
