Default V Bay 4-6

Headed to the pass with some friends on Saturday. We got there about 45 min before the tide turned. caught a few nice reds and black drum putting shrimp on the bottom. After the tide switched, we were having a hard time staying on the reef ( no reef anchor) but we were picking up some big fish. went scout new spots the rest of the day but nothing to speak of.

Water was rough on the transition point. you notice the calm water in the background, that is 5 ft. the rough water was 18-30 ft. The fish were right on the transition point. the tide was moving quick, anchor wouldn't hold, trolling motor couldn't keep up.
