Nah not this one. Trashy people around me got their back yards piled with junk and leave dog n cat food out and don't even know they providing them room n board.....They never have to swim around or walk through water like in the swamp and they stink worse than dead one rotting away. I go a few miles down the road and turn them loose in the swamp. Maybe we'll meet up agin come hunt'n season...

I have a armadillo problem at my house! SOB tears up my front yard then moves to the flower bed then onto the backyard! He doesn't hit everynight more like 2 or 3 times a week!

I just dont like the ones that start coming around the house and causing issues. The ones that stay in the woods are fine by me. Perhaps I could have been more clear in my post. My Apologies Cappy.

I got one a couple months ago. It had been tearing up the yard a couple times a week for months. I had a few pictures of him at different times of the night.

Went outside about 9 pm to get something and he was 20' away and stayed a little too long.

A friend passed this trick along to me. He had a motion detector light that had two bulbs in it. He took out one of the bulbs and put in an outlet that screws into the base. He plugged an extension cord into it and ran it into the house. He plugged a radio into the power cord and left it on. When the armadillo walked underneath the motion detector the radio came on and woke him up. He then walked outside and shot the armadillo.

It was an old one....no real loss.

Once I shot a possium up in a tree. Shot was almost straight up using a very old broad head. Arrow landed ~ 300 feet back on the road. I heard it "klink" when it hit the road at 11 PM. Possium landed 5 feet from me.
