New customers with C.E.C. INC enjoyed their night stay at the Reel Inn and Chef Ricks fabulous cooking. We departed the lodge at day break and found the hungry yellow mouths waiting for us! Green Hornet Matrix Shad tight lined seemed to work best with Shrimp Creole under a cork with the Crappie Psychic Trout Trailers coming in second! The fast n furious bite was short lived, then Patience and persistence came into play. The fish got finicky and wanted the baits just slowly drifting in the current. With 55 specks cooling off in the K2 and the bite dead it was time to move. We found a flock of birds and added another 20 fish and picked through some small fish and white trout. A few more moves adding fish at every stop!!! We called it quits around 12:15 so the guys could get back and shower up and eat another hot cooked meal prepared by Chef Rick. All the fish were cleaned and packed for the guys when they were ready to leave!! Thanks again for another fabulous day guys!
