Default Where to Buy Shrimp / Crabs

I am heading to Hackberry on Tuesday afternnon to fish on Wednesday. I want to cook up some bolied Shrimp and Crabs for my customers. Where is the best place to buy some live Crabs and fresh shrimp in the LC / Sulphur / Hackberry area?

Agreed. Note that Holly Beach Seafood is on 27 a bit north of Hackberry an a bit south of Sulphur. Great service and great seafood.

As a back plan.......J T's seafood on Lake street. They are located about 1/2 mile north of the I-210 Loop in Lake Charles.

Yep, when we're on the east side, it's JTs all the way. But before heading to JTs or Holly Beach Seafood, be sure to call first, as they do not always have crabs 7 days a week. You can save a few bucks by letting them sell you dead crabs, but the live crabs (alive just before breaking them) seem to work better for us, so I always prefer live crabs if they are available.
