We had pea salad , mash taters, coleslaw , made the gravy with hearts ,deer sausage , gizzards ....

They ain't nothing better than Teal baked or pot roasted. I like to slit the breast at the bottom away from the breast bone and then put a butter knife up under the breast and pop the meat away from the bone a little. Then you slide a small piece of onion, bell pepper and bacon up under there before you start cooking them.
