Default Little something special for mom and the wife tonight
Cooked up some homemade Crawfish & Shrimp Etouffee, garnished with a couple pieces of Sharp Cheddar and Parmesan encrusted Garlic Bread.

Lol, i should have taken a better picture... all you can see is the bread and the tower of rice with one lonely crawfish peeking out...

Lol.. was pretty tickled when mom and the wife both said they loved it.
