Bought me a Char-Broil (big easy) oil less fryer this week...

Cook a big speck in it for 1hour 30mins!!!! And this thing came out AWESOME!!!

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside !!

I injected it real good and the it stayed moist on the inside real good.... It had a jam up taste and the skin was not that crispy on the body just around the legs and back where you have no meat

But Crispy as using oil

That looks good. I bought one a couple of years ago and like it. Try cooking a pork roast in it, they come out really good, too.
