Bread and Butter Sweet Pickles

The way stuff goes at our house is we start making cucumbers eat them at every meal and give them to the neighbors, We take the big crop and use our super simple canning method, to make my wifes wonderful pickle recipe.

The second batch of pickles is currently brining away on the cabinet and between we put up 9 qts of stewed tomatoes. Spring canning season is fun.
