Default 12 7 14

Closed out the split with another "Diver Beatdown" with a few teal thrown in for good measure. Got a 4 man limit to close out the split. Been a good first split for us, with 106 birds in the bag, which isn't bad for public land hunting.

I love them divers. Good sport shooting, they cooperate with the decoys and arent bad eating either.

Yes they cooperate well, when the big ducks won't, such was the case yesterday, grays and mallards would circle and circle and circle but would never commit, so we took what the Good Lord gave us!! We love to wrap the breast in jalapeno and bacon and put them on the grill. They make a good gravy and gumbo as well. We are not particular, while some are stronger than others, cook them long enough they all taste the same, at least to me they do.
