Mayo base, smoked chipotle's (de-seeded and run thru blender), garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, little cayenne and whatever else sounds good at the time... Each batch is a little different, but they are all good

We take a "big" jar of mayo for each batch and add 7 oz can of peppers to get things going nicely, just take the time to de-seed them prior to blending up.

Garlic and other spices are to each and everyone's taste ...

Another tip is to save your old ketchup squeeze bottles (upside down ones) and use them for the sauce

Love some fish tacos..... looks great and I'll have to try that mayo out. How long does it keep in the fridge?
