Default Simple Sunday Beef Roast

Yesterday(Sunday), was one heck of a beautiful day here! My wife did the cooking yesterday while I weeded and turned soil in my garden containers. She cooked one of our favorites here at our house. Roasted beef in gravy with mashed potatoes and green peas. A simple yet totally delicious and satisfying meal.
Here's what the meal looked like and uhhhh, I was a bit hungry after a busy day in the yard.

Get rid of those peas for some corn on the cob and you got a killer meal there!!

That's my favorite combo right there. Love a beef pot roast. You gotta mix the peas into the potatoes too when you start eating.
