Default Smoked em in Lacassine Sunday

Had a solid bite all day long yesterday in Lacassine. Water is definitely low. Crankbaits were the ticket for sure. They didn't seem to want anything else, and you had to have the right one !

Yea we fished 3 people in an 18 footer. Had plenty of room, I was somewhat skeptical at first but it was enough. No one caught in treble hooks in the face! lol

The crankbait used was a bandit (brand) crankbait that was a natural frog color with some pink on the bottom side. It was the 100 series crankbait, that swims between 2'-4'.

Now don't go catch'em all...

Smallest ones were 12", except for 1 that was 10" and bleeding pretty bad, it would have died anyway...

They will all look great when they hit the grease!
