I met a guy. Sat. Afternoon that caught a tagged red also. It was yellow tag. And said call sole num. For research. The number on it was in out of miami. He caught his out of Burns point.

Are you sure it is "*" tag? My tags are white and don't say Miami, FL. Nobody from the tagging would call me back. I hope to find out soon.
