Default Need Festival food trailer

I am looking for a festival food trailer. I would like to rent it for a couple weekends to see if I want to get into this. I hate to spend 20K and not like it or make any money.

If anyone knows where I can rent one please let me know.

TIA

Going to be hard to find. If you rent they have to carry the liability insurance.
You screw up and make someone or 100 someones sick, they get bit.

Latt read the codes for them in the Dept of Health code book. You can find it online. You have to have a comissary to store and clean the unit. You restaurant should be ok. You have to store on a slab and have access to a empty the tank in a grease trap. The license is only $100 a yr.
