Default Delacroix 11/13/11
Took my wife, bro n law, & his gf to Delacroix today.
Was expecting winds conditions..... Buy thankfully the winds never kicked up.

Fished a few spots, all dirty water.
Then ran further south and bam....
Started catching.
Set up a nice slow drift with the drift sock and got on a good bite!
Everyone had fun.

Bro n law gf dropped one of my reels in the water..... The reel seat kept getting loose on her.... Finally it just flew right off and into the water.Thankfully we pulled it back in.... She was speechless!! Priceless!!!

Caught 50 trout.. All on plastics.. Threwback atleast that many undersized trout.

Finally met southern 151 today & Eman!
Kool dudes and will b fishin with them in the future!!

It was great to see ya today! We didn't have near the number of keepers but caught a good number of fish still. Landed 3 real nice reds in 10 minutes, all over 20". Those things are a great fight!

I'll try to put up a report tomorrow with some pics. Thanks the invite to be on the boat with you guys, Purebay! Thanks for letting us trail you today too!

Glad to meet you Also! We didn't do near as well. 3 nice reds and a dozen trout.
That drift sock makes all the difference in the world.

H&H bettle & curl tail on a 1/8 oz jig 3 ft under cork. glow & avocado & Chartruse colors.
