Default Henderson 3/15

Have not posted a report in a few months but now that the bashing problems have been resolved I decided to share some info again.
Fished the Henderson area this morning and managed a few good fish. Started out real slow, in fact not a bite the first 1 1/2 hours. Then found some fishing moving around in very shallow water and kept after them, sometimes took serveral casts to get one to bite. Water is very high now with the river up and the rains earlier this week but should start getting good soon.
Was going to try Lacassin tomorrow but with the poor reports I think I'll go back to my same spot and save some gas and time.

Fished the bank yesterday for a couple hours in the same place as with my yak on Thursday. Had 10 hookups and landed 5. Pulled the trigger on a couple early and missed. Fish are very shallow and can be caught swimming weightless plastics thru the grass. Watch out for snakes!!!
