Default Soup n fish...........

Corn and shrimp soup with fried trout and garlic bread..........

Looks good. How bout a hint of the soup recipe...I thought it would be lighter in color, but that's real tasty!

1- 46oz. Tomato juice
2 - 15oz. Tom. sauce
1 - can cream of mushroom soup...10 1/2 oz.
4 - 15 oz. cans corn
1 - cup cream
3 - onions
1 - big bell pepper
bunch shallot
3 - stalk celery
1 - Tbl. granulated garlic
2 - Tbl. crab boil
1/2 tea. thyme
1/2 tea. oregano
2 - sauce cans water
6 Cups peeled shrimp
Salt to taste


Saut'e veggies ....Add everything but shrimp and corn....Drain corn water into soup....Cook to boil then simmer at least 2 hours....3-4 better....Add shrimp and bring back to boil then simmer 10 - 15 minutes....20 if eating after cooked....Add corn and bring back to boil then turn off....BON Apatit'e............

It's lighter in color but I rather it darker so I add a lil paprika....
