FlagUS rod tip repair

I have 2 rods that need new rod tips. The tips are still there, but the inner circle in the guide has come out of each of them. What is the best way to remove the tip so that I can replace it. I thought about using a dremel tool with some kind of cut off wheel, but not sure what this may do to the rod material. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Heat it with a lighter it should come right off. Go to get another tip glue it back on. You can find the glue and tip at academy
