I have an HTC Inspire 4G and love it! As a matter of fact, just today I dropped my phone in the water, and it still works. Never had an I phone, so I can't comment on them.

Samsung Galaxy S 2 Skyrocket is a great phone. Chose it over the 4s after the salesman showed them to me. Had it since December and no problems and yes it is Android.

Remember people with Iphones jailbreak their phones to be able to get Android Apps, so that should say something for the system

Is it the skyrocket or just the s II?

The skyrocket has 1.5 GHZ dual core processor

and the EVO has a 1.2 GHZ dual core processor

iPhone 4 & get the lifeproof case.....it's water proof & has a better shock rating than the otter box. If you hunt or fish & around water it's the way to go. My son videoed fish in our pond underwater with his!!! I know it says it's waterproof but I'm not that brave!

It could also be bloatware on the Skyrocket.

iPhone 4s with 16GB or larger don't go with the 8GB it's not worth the money. You don't have to jailbreak the iPhone I have ever app that is available for droid you just have to search for them. iPhone has a cleaner and smoother operating system along with a good battery life I can use my phone and don't have to worry about charging it for 2 days. Get the life proof case it is worth the money. Hope this helps.

If you want something off the beaten path get a Nokia Lumia 900 or an HTC Titan 2. They are windows 7 phones. Try them in the store.

Iphone4 I washed mine for the whole cycle before I realized where it was at!! Lol put it in some rice for couple days and it's still going!!! That was 5 months ago. I have actually jail broken one of my old iPhones and did not find any more good apps than what u get in the apple app store. It's also very easy to use.

I was hesitant to get the iPhone, but now that I have it I don't think I can live without it. My next favorite was my 19.99 GoPhone from Wal Mart. Always had service, no games to distract u at work, and was big enough to knock a mofo out if in a scrape!! I would suggest the iPhone though.

I went from a blackberry pearl to an iphone 4 and couldn't be happier. I can't remember life without my iphone, and I don't even use it all that much.

I do and I love it. Go look at the reviews on the Windows 7 phones on Amazon. Most people are very satisfied with them. They are very smooth and reliable. My next phone will be a windows phone also.
