Default New Boat.......to me anyway..........pics

Put money down on a Cape Horn 19 w/ 150 merc..............whole rig only has 49 hours on it........called factory, fella said it should get round 50mph w/ SS prop, which it has.........very clean boat!! Will pick it up on 27th in Florida!! Can't wait! having trouble sleeping!!

Nice lookin' ride, Tim. It'd be a great Lake Pontchartrain or breton Sound bote. Ain't sure about Big Lake. Congrats.

"50 mph" sound a bit strong, tho.

I went 40+ miles offshore in a Cape a few years ago. It road good in 3' waves.

Trip was good.......until we were back on land and talking about the boat and I learned that it was only a 21 or 22 footer.

I thought that was kind of small to be that far out. I though it was a little bigger boat.

Cape Horn is one heck of a boat. Looks great. Gonna put a trolling motor on it? Very solid boat. You'll enjoy it.

W will have a MotorGuide for sale once he gets his new bote. Ya think a 30# thrust with a 36" shaft will work?
