I've heard fish that big can be worth $100,000+++++. supposedly the chinese will fly people in to bid on the fish and the winner will skin it out, pack it up and fly it back for sushi. My dad says he seen them doing it on TV and some fish may go for close to $800,000.

I have seen 2 big bluefin's caught out here in the late 90's.
They looked like Volkswagon's jumping out the water.

That would mess up a fishing trip to have one jump into the boat while doing 30 - 40 knots.

It's the Japanese not the Chinese. Japs like fish and sushi. Chinese like cats and dawgs.
