Default Calcasieu White Oak North

Went for a couple of hours this morning. Kept 3 Sacs, 3 Goggle Eyes and 2 Bass. Threw back a few of each to that were too small. All caught jigging a red black chartruse marabou jig. Bass and goggle eyes caught in powerline ditch and Sacs caught in lay downs at 4 to 8 ft deep. Going to try with shiners tomorrow. Lots of fish deep in the lay downs on graph.

Thanks so much for the report! Just what I was looking forward to hearing! june bug red speed bugs worked good for me on the bass the last couple trips. But the water was stained then. Please let us know how the shiners work out!
