Default Fourchon 5/2 & GI 5/3

Had high hopes for Saturday made the decision to go back where we left em biting Friday night and were greeted with the same amazingly clear water and huge schools of fish!! Only problem was they were all Jacks, Spanish Mackerel, and sharks. Made a quick run to some structure close by but only found a couple reds. Made a drift down the inside of the Fourchon Jetties and picked up a nice 4lber on a magneto matrix shad

Ran in early to clean the fish from Friday so we could get on that good afternoon bite again... Should've gone east instead. Only picked up a couple more reds.

On Sunday we made the decision to launch out of Sand Dollar and fish Barataria Bay. First stop it was fish on till the tide slacked and it slowed down considerably around 1030. Decided to go back to the camp and clean up with around 60 trout on ice. Shrimp Creole Matrix shad was the bait of choice working it pretty slow for this time of year.
