New customer Chris Erikson and his son joined me today for a trout Slam. Our morning started off slow only picking at a few fish. By 9 am we only had ten fish in the box, we changed zip codes and struck sliver. Every cast fast n furious action on the double rigged Matrix Shad lures. The Holy Joely was the best color for us today, as they were destroying them. Most of the trout all had shrimp in their mouths, and averaged 16-20 inches. 10yr old Magnus was slaying the big specks, reeling them in 1-2 at a time. Chris mentioned it was their best trip and most fish they have ever caught, glad I was able to be a part of it with them. Thanks again Chris.
