Axis deer jerky
Cut up a axis deer roast and blackstrap into strips to let marinate for 20 hours
2 different marinades ( doing a test run on both ) I'm going to put it on the Kamado Joe @ 150-155* for 2-3 hours to get a nice smoke flavor then put it into my dehydrator . This is my first time making jerky , I hope it goes good!!
