Default super tunning / reel upgrades

any one on here super tune your reels? or upgrade with aftermarket parts like power handles or cork knobs ect....

i just took all 7 of my reels apart, can i soak everything in dawn over night to get the grime out, i had a reel seat mess up today and my new curado took a drink..........

i would not soak any reel in dawn!!! ALL of my reels have been dunked in saltwater and still work fine , just take it apart wipe it down let it dry re oil it and put it back together...its a shimano bro them things can take a beating

everyone has their own preference, but in my opinion, the quantum hot sauce oil and grease are hands down the best

just use the link i posted its from shimano follow the directions for the heavy salt use . water is fine to remove the salt the salt will disolve

something = water

Avoid using dawn as it contains degreasing properties. The last thing you want to do is take all of the grease out of your reel.
