Default Anyone ever convince AT&T.......

To give you a full upgrade a few months early? I am due for the full upgrade in december but my phone is trashed right now. I would like to upgrade to an Iphone but I would like NOT to have to wait until december.

Right, I am eligible for a partial upgrade. I want the full meal deal. My phone is screwed. I can only text on it.

They have given me early updates also. Once after 18 months and another after 22 months. If they will not then u can add another line for around $10/month and get a discounted phone then cancel line once your contract is up on original line

Yes call them up and ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them that you are willing to sign a new contract with them and if they don't want to that you are going to drop them in 6 months and go somewhere else or that you got a deal from someone else and that you will just pay out the few dollars that is left on your present contract and go with someone else. Just don't give up. I just upgraded my wife's phone and I had 10 months left on her Iphone contract. She wanted a Lumia 900 and they wanted $445.00 for the upgrade but after some talking they gave it for $99.
Just call them and insist that you will drop them and they will come around, but it has to be done by a supervisor

How long have you been a customer?

That's a big factor in whether or not you going to get upgraded.

if u sign a new contract they will do it. ive done it 2-3 times. just ask for the manager and explain the situation.
AT&T loves to lock in new-longer contracts.

Ask about a hardship waiver.
