Default Fiberglass repair shop

Anyone know of a good fiberglass repair shop around Lake Charles? Got home today from fishing and notice this. Have no clue how or when it happen. It's on about about a 6" area. Looks like just gelcoat.

This is from the back.

This one is from underneath.

Just noticed that my tie down buckles stick up above the bottom of the boat.

Dealer took a look at it. Both of the service people said it looked like a defect. Also one of the guys that works on the boats thought it maybe a defect and said that the whole back of the boat may need to be changed out. He says if water got up into the fiberglass that you could not just repair small area. Said if thats the case. That nitro will probably replace boat. All said it looked like a defect because the fiberglass is smooth and shows no damage. They are taking pictures and send them to nitro. So I guess we will see. I guess if nitro does not make it good, I'll be calling insurance. Especially if the whole back of oat as to be replaced.

Did it take them a week to sell it to u?? I dought... I'd expect word in no more than 48hrs on an issue such as this. Replace/ refund.. Would not let them try and repair it.
