Default Black jack console bait storage

With no good way to store tackle in my boat, I'm thinking about a tray on the top of the console. I've seen the suction cup type but was curious if anyone had see or has something alittle nicer....???

Zip lock bags full of plastics, and Tupperware containers full of hooks is the way I roll in my BJ. My Boga and leader line go in there as well. It's very convenient and stays dry even when I wash the boat. I fit all the tackle I could possibly need for BL under the seat of my leaning post. Hard baits in plastic Plano dividers go in one of the front decks since I'm not constantly reaching for them.

I bought a storage bag made to fit on an ATV gas tank. It attaches by a velcro loop to the crossbar on the handle bars. I attached it to bar above the windshield, it works great for extra storage and you can take it off in seconds. It is water proof, not very deep and pretty wide. I am also thinking about putting a storage box behind the back rest in front of the center console. Nautic Star has a storage system there for slim bait boxes and it is sweet.
